There is a wide range of regular activities, events and community activities in Richmond upon Thames for older people, people with disabilities and their carers.

Creative activities such as card making, mosaic, painting and scrap-booking in the main hall.
Our volunteer pianist visits once a fortnight for a traditional sing-along.
A whole body routine using gentle flowing movements.
Not be suitable for those with walking aids.
A walk for people with dementia and their carers providing a great way to improve physical activity and meet other people. The walk is consider easy to moderate and lasts 30 – 40 minutes. Fully supported by volunteers.
A drop in session in Ham Library.
Every day we serve a home cooked two course lunch (please order before 11.30am).
Cost £4.50 for main course & dessert.
Soup, biscuits, tea, coffee and fruit juices are also available throughout the day.
