A walk for people with dementia and their carers providing a great way to improve physical activity and meet other people. The walk is consider moderate and lasts 60 – 90 minutes. Fully supported by volunteers.

This class aims to physically increase your strength and muscle tone, and mentally help lower your stress levels.

The ‘Elleray Hall Weekly Sparkle’ magazine gives members the opportunity to reminisce about past events and experiences.
