The aim of Community Partnership service is to help adults in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames to live as independently as possible. We offer advice and information on the services available across the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. We are able to offer you support to access theses services. We can also help if you need information for a friend, neighbour or someone you are caring for.

Information Navigation

Our team of Information Navigators have specialist knowledge in dementia, mental health, physical and sensory disabilities, learning disabilities and neurological conditions and will be available to discuss your situation to identify the best services. We can support you through the health and social care system, whether you are receiving services from the Local Authority or funding your own care.
