   Salary: £16,000 – £20,582 (incl outer London weighting) depending on experience

Integrated Neurological Services (INS) is a well-established and highly regarded charity, based in west London. We provide multidisciplinary long term rehabilitation, education and emotional support to people with neurological conditions.

The successful applicant will provide administration support to the INS Team to ensure the smooth running of the INS office and therapeutic centre in which we work. He/she will have excellent communication, administration and IT skills plus the ability to multi-task effectively.

Mind

 

 Carers in Mind Administrator (7.5 hours)

 Salary circa £18, 000 pro rata

We are looking for an administrator Support Worker to join our well-established Carers in Mind project.  The Administrator will Work with the Carers in Mind project staff to set up and maintain effective office systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of administration for the service.  This will include including sending letters and copying written materials, provide accurate and timely information about the service to people making enquiries or referrals and supporting other staff with their administration needs.

The post holder will have experience of administration and computerised systems, be a good communicator, and will be able to deal sensitively with a wide variety of people.  They will understand the need for confidentiality, and will be able to work alongside colleagues in a busy team.

Mind

Fundraising Internship (30 hours)

Salary: £17,850 pro rata

 

This exciting role will support existing fundraising initiatives at RB Mind and assist in the development of new ones. The role will work with a variety of stakeholders, including service users, carers, staff, businesses and individuals, and will help build and manage relationships with our supporters.

The internship position will provide substantial experience in non-profit development and management, grant writing and events planning, in addition to gaining valuable office experience working in a charity. RB Mind will support the intern to develop key skills through regular supervision, networking opportunities, conferences and training.
